About this Event
1 hour. These private classes begin with a light stretch and warmup to mobilize your body and raise your heart rate, and a Cool down at the end to help calm your body down. Pole routine theme: You will learn an easy pole routine or learn 3-4 beginner pole tricks based on what the student can handle. Easy Floorwork class: You will learn a beginner floor-dance routine or 3-4 beginner floor moves. Twerkout theme: Includes a step by step twerk lesson, then you will learn an easy twerkable dance routine, or you can follow along to my 15-30 min twerkout workout. At the end of class we will put the moves together to music and show off our new dance moves. Dont forget to use them at home too!
