Private Exclusive and Closed Off MLS are alternative listing path options that allow REcolorado subscribers the ability to enter listings into the MLS based on their customer or transaction needs. Properties that are not entered into the MLS have a major impact on our ability to fully understand what is happening in our real estate market. In this class students will learn about those impacts, the rules that apply to each of these alternative options and when it is appropriate to use them. They will learn the difference between a traditional listing path, a Private Exclusive path, and Closed Off MLS path. This class will also review how to input a Closed Off MLS property and how to conduct a search for them, as well as the process to input a Private Exclusive listing and where and to whom it will be visible.
