About this Event
Are you a new homeowner or just ready to take the plunge and start some major repairs or renovations? Where to begin? In this workshop you will learn how to prioritize repairs and sequence renovations. Avoid costly mistakes by undertaking a project that may be undone in just a few years by a different project. Maybe the new bathroom has to wait while you have outdated electrical taken care of first. Should you repair the chimney or get the new furnace first? We will discuss how the systems relate to each other and consider the domino effect of your renovation and repair decisions. If you have a home inspection report, bring it with you. Otherwise, bring your problems and dreams and we’ll discuss what to do, and when to do it.

Workshop Policies
Payment must be made at the time of registration through Eventbrite. If you are unable to attend and wish to cancel your registration, you may do so through Eventbrite, under the following conditions:
- If at least one week (seven days) or more before the class, we will refund half the cost of the class.
- All other cancellations are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
Only those who are registered will be able to attend the workshop (no unregistered companions). Contact us if you need reasonable accommodations.
Audio or video recording of workshops is not allowed.Please refrain from cell phone use during workshops.
Photo/Video Consent and General Release
By registering for this class, I hereby authorize Boston Building Resources to use pictures of me (or my child/ward) taken in a photograph, digital image, videotape, motion picture, and/or testimonial (written words). The undersigned hereby releases Boston Building Resources, its agents or employees, as well as any and all users and exhibitors of said pictures, from any and all claims, demands, accountings, and causes for which the aforesaid videotape, testimonial, motion picture, digital image, or photograph likeness may be used pursuant to this Consent and General Release.
