🎁 Important Event Details – Please Read Carefully! 🎁
👶 TICKETS & ENTRY
Everyone over the age of 12 months must have a ticket to enter.
Children under 12 months do not need a ticket, but their accompanying adult(s) must have one.
Adults must have a ticket, and all children must be accompanied by an adult.
This event often sells out — please plan ahead and purchase your tickets early!
If you have a large group, please arrive early for best chance of getting show seats together
Most children opt to sit on the reserved floor space for up close and magic viewing of the show
🎀 DRESS CODE
Royal crowns and glittering gowns are encouraged for little ones — dress to dazzle! We do have a boutique located in our lobby for gown and accessory purchases.
Guests 12 years and older may not dress or portray a princess or prince.(Holiday gowns and Disney bounds are absolutely welcome!)This ensures there is no confusion between performers and guests. Thank you for helping us preserve the magic!
Most gown ups tend to wear sunday best, holiday wear, or dressy casual
🚪 ARRIVAL TIMES
Session One: Check-in begins at 10:40 AM | Show starts at 11:00 AM
Session Two: Check-in begins at 1:10 PM | Show starts at 1:30 PM
👑 VENUE INFO
The Ballroom and Palace Rooms are accessible, but not stroller-friendly. We kindly recommend leaving strollers in the car or using baby carriers when possible.
⏰ DURATION
Each gala session lasts approximately 1.5 hours.
🎟️ TICKET POLICIES
Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be applied to other events, unless we fully cancel the event.
If you're unable to attend, you are welcome to gift or resell your ticket — just be sure the new guest attends your original session time with your QR ticket.
Each session is identical, so please only try to attend the session you purchased to ensure proper seating and magical spacing for all.
