Duncan Harris and former New Haven Alderwoman Alfreda Edwards; six of the state of Connecticut's most exemplary community servants.
These extraordinary individuals will be awarded with the Prince Hall Honors Legacy Award, the highest award given to members of the community by Prince Hall Free and Accepted Masons of Connecticut.
