Learn how to create inner peace with our exclusive Chopra Meditation Workshop series led by The Moving Body senior instructor and Chopra Center certified teacher, Svetlana Rao.
These primordial sounds are based on the vibration the universe was creating at the moment of your birth.

- Session 3 Perfecting your Meditation Practice:
31 July, Saturday, 3 PM - 6 PM
