A unique 3-hour experience at The Padel Club Cheltenham combining padel coaching, match play, and off-court wellness.

This event is designed for players who want to:

• Improve their game with expert drills and match play rotations.
• Warm up properly to avoid tightness and injury.
• Learn how to recover faster and feel fresher after playing.
• Connect and meet new people in a fun, social setting.

• 90 minutes on court – rotate between doubles match play and focused drills with The Padel Club Cheltenham head coach, Jason Poole.
• Pre-court session (30 mins) – welcome, introductions, mobility and warm-up to prepare your body.
• Post-court session (60 mins) – guided stretching, foam rolling/breathwork, and a short recovery talk, wellness tips to enhance your life.
• Smoothie & snack – refuel, unwind and build community with other players.

With only 16 spaces, every participant gets quality coaching, plenty of playing time, and hands-on recovery guidance. Whether you’re a beginner or a regular on court, you’ll leave with new skills, fewer aches, and more energy for your next game.
