Guided rhythmic breathwork
Vocal and movement activation
Three-part drum journey (Grounding, Release, Integration)
Somatic prompts to explore sensation and expression
Closing reflection and integration space
No musical experience needed. Instruments are provided, or you’re welcome to bring your own.
