Primal Pulse is a weekly somatic rhythm circle where drumming, breath, movement, and voice weave together to regulate the nervous system and restore embodied presence.
This isn’t performance.
This is play, release, and reconnection.
A weekly ritual to shake off the weight of the day and remember your rhythm, your aliveness, your presence.
Whether you’re brand new to embodiment practices or simply ready to step out of your head and back into your body—you’re invited.
🌀 What to Expect:
• Guided rhythmic breathwork
• Vocal + movement activation
• A three-part drum journey: Grounding • Activation • Integration
• Somatic prompts to explore sensation and expression
• Closing reflection + integration space
No musical experience is needed. Drums are provided, or you’re welcome to bring your own.
