Starting the week of July first I'll be running 4 weeks bootcamps! These sessions will introduce you to the unconventional training world which emphasizes things like calisthetics/kettlebells/maces/clubs/sandbags and more.

If you are interested in trying out training that has been done by humans since the dawn of civilization or are tired of the workouts that you get day to day give this bootcamp a try!

The sessions will be $75 for 8 of them! The bootcamp sessions will run Tuesday and Thursdays at 7pm to start with potential for more based on demand!
