Primal Play is an embodied, non-verbal, in connection, movement practice for self-discovery and deeper connections. You are invited to step onto the mat and play with one or more people.
✦What to expect
Guided Body Awareness:
Begin the session with exercises to ground yourself and tune into your surroundings, preparing your mind and body for a playful experience.
✦Primal Play:
Where you'll engage with others in a series of non-verbal, relational movements. Explore different dynamics—sometimes wild, sometimes serene—allowing for a unique and spontaneous interaction each time.
✦Belly2Belly:
Wind down with a calming meditation that integrates your experiences from the evening and nourishes your connections with others.
✦Freedom of Participation:
Everything is optional, allowing you to participate in activities at your own comfort level and pace. Each interaction is an invitation, respecting your autonomy and boundaries.
✦Diverse
Connections: Expect to meet and interact with various participants, each bringing their unique energy and presence to the workshop.
