In this primal play workshop we invite you to come along for a journey of play and connection!
What happens when we leave expectations, goals and judgments of the mind and move into our bodies? Through movement, touch, sound and breath we connect in the present, allowing each interaction to develop organically.
This workshop encourages authentic connections, whether through playful wrestling, emotional release, cuddling, or anything in between or beyond. Inspired by emobdied intimacy, primal play provides a safe environment supporting explorations of desires and boundaries using physical communication.
Every meeting is unique and everything is welcome, inviting you to be with whatever arises within you! It can be primal and raw, soft and flowy, playful and whimsical - you decide!

WHAT TO EXPECT?
We will start with simple embodiment practices to help you connect with yourself first, then gradually meeting others.
Focus will also be on consent and because of the non-verbal nature this will be focues on how to communicate consciously with your bodies.
We will guide you throughout the exercises, but everything is only an invitation, so check in with what feels best for you at all times.
We will end with a circle, some short sharing and snacks.

ABOUT US
Henrik has been teaching yoga for the last 8 years. He is an embodiment and tantra enthusiast, who loves to play and facilitate play
Henrik is also a migration scolar, holds a phd in international relations and is currently working on his first book.
Jessica is a mindfulness instructor and an experienced space holder. She is an avid tantra and emodiment practitioner.
She is also a lisenced psychologist, working hollostically with mind-body perspective.
