Join us for a unique 3-hour event designed to connect, move, and find peace: the Primal Flow Yoga Workshop and Parasympathetic Reset.
We'll kick off our time together with a dynamic Primal Flow yoga class, blending fluid, animalistic movements with traditional yoga poses to enhance strength, mobility, and mind-body connection.
Next, we'll delve into the parasympathetic nervous system, exploring its vital role in our well-being and the consequences of neglecting it, especially in a society dominated by the sympathetic nervous system.
You'll discover practical exercises for emotional processing and nervous system regulation and learn how to utilize the breath to support these processes. These tools are not only valuable during the workshop but are also easy to integrate into your daily life for a more balanced existence.
Enjoy mingling with like-minded individuals in the incredible, newly opened Awoken Space, where you can explore a collection of hundreds of vinyl records, books, and objects. Soak in a lovely view of the ocean while fostering community and connection.
What to bring:
-A yoga mat
-Yoga blocks (optional; we will have some available)
-Water bottle
-Extra pair of clothes so you don't have to hang out in your sweaty clothes post-flow :)
