Join us in this empowering, co-ed, one-day class which will teach risk reduction strategies and effective self-defense skills that can be used stop an attack. This class will cover: criminal and defensive mindsets, vulnerable targets, personal weapons, devastating strikes, escapes from common grabs or ground attacks and more!
- Students should wear comfortable clothing and limit jewelry
- Males and females ages 12 and older are welcome
- Students should bring a water bottle
- A lunch break will be provided
