🌈Bond County Pridefest: A Celebration for Everyone🌈We are thrilled to welcome you to Bond County’s very first Pridefest! This day is all about love, joy, and community — and we couldn’t be more excited to celebrate with you.
Because Pride is for ALL ages, we’re creating spaces that let's everyone enjoy the day in their own way:
🎨 Kids Corner – Crafts, games, and activities designed for our youngest Pride-goers! It will be located on the other side of the gazebo so kids can play, create, and laugh in their own space. The Kids Corner will close just before the drag show begins.
💃 Drag Show – When the queens hit the stage, get ready for sparkle, artistry, and a whole lot of joy! The show will be family-friendly and fabulous because drag is about art, performance, and celebration.
🍖🍦Food- Prepare to have your taste buds amazed. Tick's Backyard BBQ from Springfield, IL will be serving up some delicious food. Sweet Pablo's from Springfield, IL will keep your sweet tooth happy with yummy ice cream treats and your thirst quenched with refreshing drinks. The Lunch Company will be open with some special menu items for the event.
🗳 Raffle- Thanks to generous donors, we have some great items up for grabs! So get your tickets for your chance to win!
👕💍 Vendors- We have some amazing vendors with awesome products. From permanent jewelry, cups, crocheted items, shirts, baked goods, stickers, photography
and more!
🎶 Entertainment- Be prepared to be amazed by local talent, poetry, and live vocals! More to come!
📚 Resources- Several informational/resource booths will be on site such as addiction awareness, a podcast, churches, and several other resource groups that are here for you.
We want every guest — kids, teens, adults, families, allies, and our LGBTQ+ family — to feel safe, welcomed, and free to celebrate. 🌈❤️🌈
