This in-person event promises a day filled with positivity, empowerment, and connection. Embrace the beauty of nature as we release any negativity and renew our spirits. Get ready to roar with pride and embrace your true self.

We will check in at the start of the mountain, get to know each other, and find a hiking buddy or group, perhaps with similar reasons for attending the event. As we walk down the trail, we will reflect on the emotions we’ve been experiencing in life, with friends, at work, and in relationships. Upon reaching the designated area, we will have collected branches that feel right for releasing our anger. We will then perform the rage ritual, allowing ourselves the time we need to let go and renew.
