Wexford Pride are proud to announce ‘Pride on Screen - Queer Voices, New Stories’

‘Pride on Screen - Queer Voices, New Stories’ is the first screening event hosted by Wexford Pride showcasing a wide range of films and documentaries exploring queer identity and experiences from Ireland and beyond, featuring a special collaborative feature in partnership with Queer Spectrum Film Festival. In collaboration with LGBTQIA+ filmmakers Pride In Screen is excited to present a selection of stories written, produced and directed by LGBTQIA+ filmmakers to new audiences in Co.Wexford!

Pride on Screen: Queer Voices, New Stories is a free event but pre-booking is essential to avoid disappointment!

Programme

Attendees can expect an exciting programme of short films and documentaries with introductions by the creative teams behind them, followed by a panel with filmmakers.

Accessibility & Inclusion

Gorey School of Art is a wheelchair-accessible venue. The programme includes movement breaks between films for attendees to move and stretch. There will be a separate space to enjoy snacks (attendees are welcome to bring their own) or a tea/coffee.

This is a free event, however, limited spaces are available so booking is essential! There are a number of ticket options to make the day accessible for those who would like to attend the full day or who may only be available to attend select screenings.
