About this Event

The Hester Street Fair's annual Pride Market dedicates its entire roster to showcasing businesses owned and operated by members (and a few allies) of the LGBTQIA+ community. With over 50 LGBTQIA+ businesses, artists, cooks, DJs, and performers participating, Hester Street Fair takes great pride in organizing our 4th Pride Market. This event serves as a celebration and tribute to queer history, legacy, support, and empowerment. Each year, we shine a spotlight on a different segment of the community, and this year, we are delighted to highlight and extend our support to our South Asian LGBTQIA+ friends and family.
Join us for a day filled with queer joy and innovative experiences, all encompassed in an extraordinary day party! Save the date: June 24th, from 11 am to 6 pm, at Pier 17. We look forward to seeing you there.

What’s On The Menu?
Tagmo Treats & Diaspora Co. are cooking up a special menu for this year’s Pride Market. Chef Surbi, founder of Tagmo, started her business right at the Hester Street Fair and now, she has her restaurant down at The Seaport. We love watching our vendors grow into owning and operating their own establishments and since we go so far back with Chef Surbi, we are proud to host her this year as our featured Chef.
Here’s a sneak peek at her Pride Market menu, featuring spices and collaborative dishes from Diaspora Co.
  • Tandoori Paneer Wrap
  • Tiki Birani Mash
  • Cardamom sweet treat pudding cup
  • Iced Thai turmeric latte

Brazen Flavas has the jello-shot menu of our dreams
Cake Mama has their signature mini cakes, portable spoons, and fresh iced coffee ready to go
