Aligned with the FCCF Value of "Belonging", we're once again inviting community members to join us for a Rainbow Workout during the Pride London Festival. Details below:- Free to participate
- Saturday July 20, 10:30-11:30
- Hosted by Forest City CrossFit, 1116 Dearness Drive, Unit 20
- Suitable for all athletic levels, as coaching staff will offer movement variations to match abilities
- Session includes a warm up, high intensity segment and cool down
- The workout is called "Rainbow" and will have movements and repetition schemes which celebrate the community's strength, advocacy and comradery
- Fun will also be encouraged with high energy anthem music
Participants are invited to wear rainbow gear or solid colours of the rainbow
- Forest City CrossFit offers an inclusive environment, with individual washrooms/changerooms/showers
- Registration is required, as well as completion of the waiver form
