Bucuria și starea de mulțumire față de momentul prezent sunt esențiale, mai ales într-o lume plină de vești zilnice alarmante. Uneori, acestea pot părea greu de atins. Totuși, atunci când ne îndreptăm atenția către ceea ce ne aduce bucurie, emoțiile precum frica sau furia nu pot coexista în același moment. Când te afli în bucurie, te imersezi cu totul în acea stare!
Bucuria și mândria sănătoasă sunt expresii ale demnității și ale respectului de sine. În acest atelier vom explora ceea ce este cu adevărat valoros pentru noi și vom explora moduri de a cultiva un respect de sine mai profund.
Vom avea timp pentru a împărtăși experiențe personale și vom folosi puterea valului celor 5Ritmuri pentru a ne elibera de poverile inutile.
Împreună, ne vom celebra reușitele și vom deschide larg brațele către viață.

DESPRE PROFESOR:
Ron și-a făcut formarea alături de Gabrielle Roth și de Jonathan Horan (nivel Heartbeat). Stilul său de predare este clar, echilibrat și plin de respect pentru misterul vieții umane. Ron este, de asemenea, terapeut Somatic Experiencing®, trăiește în Olanda și predă la nivel internațional.
Angajamentul său față de 5Rhythms crește pe măsură ce descoperă întreaga amploare a acestei meditații prin mișcare. 5Rhythms are spațiu pentru umbră și lumină, ceea ce o face cea mai cuprinzătoare formă de dans pe care a întâlnit-o.
INFORMAŢII PRACTICE:
Atelierul este ghidat în limba engleză. Dacă aveţi nevoie de traducere, contactaţi organizatoarea.
Atelierul acumulează 1 zi nivel Valuri & 1 zi nivel Heartbeat pentru cei care sunt pe cale să se certifice ca şi profesori 5Rhythms®.
Pentru a participa este necesară o minimă experiență anterioară în dansul conștient. Dacă ai dubii în ce privește cerințele de participare, contactează organizatoarea.

ABOUT THE WORKSHOP:
Joy and contentment with the present moment are essential, especially in a world filled with daily alarming news. This can be a challenge. When we focus on what brings us joy, other emotions like fear or anger cannot coexist in the same moment. When you are joyful, you fully immerse yourself in that feeling!
Joy and healthy pride are hallmarks of our dignity and self-respect. In this workshop, we will explore what is truly valuable to us and how to enhance our self-respect.
We will take time to exchange personal experiences and harness the power of the 5Rhythms Wave to free ourselves from unnecessary burdens.
Together, we will celebrate our successes and embrace life.

ABOUT THE TEACHER:
Ron was trained by Gabrielle Roth and by Jonathan Horan (Heartbeat level). His teaching style is clear, well balanced and with an appreciation of the mystery of human life. Ron is also a Somatic Experiencing® therapist. He lives in the Netherlands and teaches internationally.
His commitment to 5Rhythms grows as he discovers the full scope of this movement meditation. 5Rhythms has space for shadow and light, which makes it the most comprehensive dance form he came across.
PRACTICAL INFORMATION & REGISTRATION:
The workshop is led in English.
Some experience in conscious dance is needed to take part in this workshop. Do you have doubts about this? Then contact the organizer.
This workshop is 1 day heartbeat & 1 day waves level towards professional teacher training.
