Welcome to our special event Prickly Pear Showtime, where we are delighted to have the honour of hosting the ONLINE BOOK LAUNCH for “Un/Broken” by KATE JENKINSON.
Brace yourself for a jampacked 2 hour show of fantastic poets. With a special extended feature and a q&a with the star of the show, you’ll already be whetting your appetites!... but that isn’t all we have in store for you, oh no! We also have the incredible CATHY CARSON, SUZY ASPELL and JASON CONWAY, bringing their words to the stage, each with a feature length set. And as if that wasn’t enough, our host ASHLEY EDGE will be joined by a special guest host, the one and only CHARLOTTE FAULCONBRIDGE!

Kate Jenkinson Bio:
Dr Kate Jenkinson likes hats and writes about the many ones she wears. Her poetry is published in EyeFlash, Good DadHood, Steel Jackdaw, Flight of the Dragonfly and Feral (their first Mother/Daughter poetry and art collaboration). Kate’s neurodivergency and aphantasia are a feature of her recent work. She can be found co-hosting Prickly Pear Open Mic – second Sunday of the Month.
