Methods for finding and selecting comparable properties-typical banking guidelines that appraisers are expected to stay within-where we will expand our searches when comparables are limited-Helpful resources from real estate agents-Go over a sample appraisal of the comparables grid-Sample subject to look for comparables as a group. I plan to show a quick easy one and then ask if anyone has a subject that they may be struggling comping to see how an appraiser may look at it differently.
