OVERVIEW
Created specifically for coffee roasters and green buyers wishing to visit Honduras, the Sourcing Trip Experience (STE) ticket includes a four-day trip to coffee-growing regions of Honduras, followed by the PRF Forum in San Pedro Sula. This immersive trip offers participants a direct insight into coffee production, hosted by local producers in groups of up to 15 guests. Host producers will be confirmed approximately one month before the STE begins. After the STE, participants will attend the two-day PRF at .

DATES & TIMES
• Location: Honduras
• Sourcing Trip Experience (STE): March 23 - 26, 2025
• PRF Forum Honduras: March 27 - 28, 2025. From 8:00 to 17:00
WHAT DO THE TICKETS INCLUDE?
KEY DETAILS
• Flights are not included.
• This ticket covers transport, accommodation, farm tours, meals (March 23 – 26, 2025), and access to the PRF (March 27 – 28, 2025).
• Once hosts have been selected, we will notify everyone who has purchased an STE ticket and arrange an onboarding call to provide more details.
• If more than 1 person attends per roastery or coffee company, you will be placed with different hosts in different groups.
• Accommodation from March 26 onward is not covered.
