
Shifting Grounds is an exhibition exploring complex intersections of ecology climate and human experiences presented by Unground Collective a group of 10 international artists working within the broad spectrum of ecology. Shifting Grounds brings diverse perspectives into dialogue through film sculpture drawings and performance that create a space for collectively reimagining liveable futures. The artworks include explorations in ancestral knowledges archival investigations textile messages from the future neuroqueering ritual resistance and kinship with human and non-human beings.
Unground Collective formed during the MA Art & Ecology at Goldsmiths University of London. Unground Collective share artist research-led practices that engage with critical understandings of climate and ecology.
