Unfortunately, when it comes to running injuries it's usually a question of when, not if, you will experience them. The key is doing our best to prevent injuries but then having a good plan of attack when they occur so they don't keep you down too long.
Join Dr. Chris Cox of Life Aligned Wellness Center at Fleet Feet Tanque Verde on Wednesday, February 25th at 6:30 pm to discuss the causes and symptoms of common running injuries, as well as new treatment solutions. He earned his BS in Human Biology and Doctor of Chiropractic degrees from Northwestern Health Sciences University, equipping him with the expertise to transform lives through chiropractic care.
