Bowel cancer is the 4th most common cancer in the UK, with roughly 42,000 people being diagnosed every year. Although thought of as a cancer affecting older individuals, bowel cancer can impact those in younger age groups too.
Dr Kamperidis, a Consultant Gastroenterologist at St Mark's specialist bowel hospital, will present on bowel cancer prevalence, early diagnosis and prevention in younger individuals.
