REGISTRATION CLOSES SEPTEMBER 5TH, BALANCE TRAINING SESSIONS ARE SEPTEMBER 11TH-OCTOBER 4TH. For those specifically struggling with balance issues, we offer the Balance Boost program. This 4-week training regimen focuses on improving stability through a combination of weekly workshops and small-group personal training sessions. The workshops are held every Saturday, providing essential tips and exercises to enhance balance. On Thursdays, participants will engage in personalized training sessions that cater to their unique needs, ensuring they build confidence and strength in a safe, supportive environment. Signing up for this program can be their first step towards better balance and a more active lifestyle. Hosted by expert Fitness Specialists, this program includes:
-Pre- & post-assessment evaluating balance
-Weekly large group sessions providing education on warm-ups, hand-eye coordination practice, strength building exercises, and stretching.
-Weekly small group training tailored to balance & strength training offered in a small group setting. Groups are determined by assessment outcomes.
