As many of you know, after two years of being open we still do not have a sign above our restaurant. Though this has been pointed out to us multiple times over the years as something we should invest in, we decided to put that money into expanding our menu and business hours. We started off selling pre-ordered dinners 2-3 times a week, to being open every weekday from 7 am to 6 pm for dine in, drive through, and take out. Our menu now has 35 different sliders, our signature mac and cheese bowls, rice bowls, soups, salads, weekly entrees, coffee, bagels, and so much more, with our small but mighty team of eight people working hard to make it all happen. We come in early and stay up late to share our recipes and love with our community. We take pride in making our famous honey butter dinner rolls, bagels, pretzels, and all of our baked goods from scratch. As well as smoking our peperoncini pulled pork, roasting our chicken, and spending hours simmering our soups. We have put all of our time and money into the quality of our food. This is why on Saturday, April 19th we will be open our first Saturday ever, from 7 am-2 pm in hopes of raising the money for us to finally purchase a sign and continue our business to grow.
