Prestwich Rooted - Weekend Children's Mindfulness and Yoga in Nature

No experience necessary and children only need to bring their sense of fun and adventure! Amanda from Glowworms Yoga and Mindfulness brings sessions to life - no need for anyone to be anything other than who they are! Adult supervision is required for the duration of this session. This can be joining in with their child, sit and watch or stand in sight, but out of earshot! No equipment needed. Wear loose clothing suitable for the weather. We will be at the location at 9.45am .
