About this Event
Presidential History Comes Alive at the Walden Pond Visitor Center
In honor of President’s Day, North Shore & Northern Essex Community College History Professor Rich Padova will share some of his favorites from his personal collection of presidential memorabilia in a public presentation. A native Lawrencian, now living in Andover, Padova’s historical expertise has been featured in numerous articles for The Eagle Tribune, and he’s released several booklets on presidencies, first ladies, and contentious political campaigns. He’s been a beloved Park Interpreter at Lawrence Heritage State Park for 22 years. This event is co-sponsored by the Friends of Walden Pond.
