Learn to enjoy their deliciousness year-round in this class focused on PRESERVING TOMATOES.

Join author and teacher Ashley English as she discusses the science and safety surrounding water bath canning, as well as necessary and helpful equipment and materials.

In the class, Ashley will demo and share time-honored tips for making Canned Tomatoes, Tomato Jam, Chile Sauce, Ketchup, and Green Tomato Pickles.

Class cost is $35, and includes instruction, handouts, and samples.
