Preserving the Harvest
Enjoy the bounty of fresh produce year-round through a variety of preservation methods. This four-week class will help with garden planning and teach you everything you need to know about freezing, cold storage, water-bath and pressure canning, dehydrating, freeze drying and vacuum sealing.
This four-week course meets Thursdays from 6-8 p.m. beginning March 6.
Registration ends March 5.

Valerie Pack is a certified master preserver who strives to keep up with the latest research concerning best practices in all areas of food preservation.
