Six summers ago, the Flavel House Garden Society entered the grounds of the historic Flavel estate and began to envision a new life for the Victorian gardens on the property. Gardener Anne Stickel will lead a free community tour of the present-day gardens to discuss how history is being preserved. Learn about the plantings, why they were chosen, and how you may incorporate similar cultivars into your home landscaping. Our Clatsop County Master Gardener volunteers will also be on hand to answer your questions and share how you can get involved in preserving these beautiful grounds.
