Please join Preserve Chattanooga for its first Preservation Town Hall meeting to discuss the current state of preservation in Chattanooga and how we can work together to build an impactful Preservation Movement. The event will be moderated by Ray Bassett, Host and Producer of Scenic Roots on WUTC. Speakers will be Todd Morgan, Executive Director, Preserve Chattanooga, Cassie Cline, Preservation Planner for the City of Chattanooga, Linda Moss Mines, City of Chattanooga and Hamilton County Historian, and Kelly Helton, General Manager of the Waymark Hotel in the beautifully restored Chattanooga Bank building. There will be opportunity for questions following the speakers.
The Town Hall is a timely opportunity to discuss historic preservation in advance of the September 18 Chattanooga Preservation Awards featuring international preservation expert, Donovan Rypkema, and the launch of an updated Preservation Plan for Hamilton County.
