5 Classi di Body-Mind Centering®

Queste 5 lezioni di BMC® saranno dedicate a tre luoghi speciali del nostro corpo: cuore, pancia, cervello. Tutti e tre hanno un proprio sistema nervoso e possono funzionare in modo indipendente, e tuttavia sono profondamente connessi tra loro e radicati nel resto del corpo e nella nostra presenza fluida. Sono in relazione con il modo in cui sentiamo e percepiamo noi stessi, gli altri e il mondo. Osserveremo il loro sviluppo embrionale ed esploreremo la loro relazione con il sistema nervoso.
Attraverso informazioni anatomiche chiare e immagini, attraverso il tocco – da soli e in coppia – esploreremo il movimento e la danza. Ci apriremo alla percezione e al sentire, permettendo alla consapevolezza cellulare più fine di emergere in primo piano. Diverse strutture, tessuti e spazi interni troveranno la loro espressione nel movimento ampio nello spazio.

Nina Wehnert vive tra Savona e Berlino, ed è una Practitioner e Insegnante certificata di Body-Mind Centering® (BMC®). Fa parte del team di direzione e insegnamento di moveus, il programma di formazione BMC® autorizzato in Germania. Insegna BMC® a livello internazionale in festival di Contact Improvisation, workshop, formazioni di danza e yoga. Pratica Contact Improvisation da oltre 30 anni, ha studiato Danza Contemporanea e Yoga, e insegna Contact Improvisation e Yoga da molti anni. CHE COSA È LA BODY-MIND CENTERING®?
Nel Body-Mind Centering® utilizziamo informazioni anatomiche, immagini e il tocco per esplorazioni del movimento. Esploriamo diverse strutture, tessuti e spazi interni del corpo, che permettono un'apertura alla percezione sottile e all’esperienza della propria presenza. Seguiamo i percorsi di crescita embrionali ancora presenti in noi per comprendere il movimento interno ed esterno. La consapevolezza cellulare fine crea la base per il movimento ampio nello spazio. FLUID PRESENCE: Heart, Belly, Brain
5 Body-Mind Centering® Classes
with Nina Wehnert (Savona/Berlin)
These 5 BMC® classes will focus on three special places in our body: heart, belly, brain. All three have their own nervous system and all three can function independently, nevertheless they are deeply connected with each other and rooted in the rest of the body and our fluid presence. They relate to how we feel and sense ourselves, others and the world. We will look at their embryological development and explore their relationship with the nervous system.
With clear anatomical information and images, through touch alone and with a partner we will explore movement and dance. We will open ourselves to sensing and feeling and allow fine cellular awareness to come more to the foreground. Different structures, tissues and inner spaces find their expression through large movement through space.
BIO
Nina Wehnert is living in Savona and Berlin, is a certified Practitioner and Teacher of Body-Mind Centering® (BMC®). She is part of the directing and teaching team of moveus, the licensed BMC® Training Program in Germany. She teaches BMC® internationally at Contact Improvisation festivals, in workshops and dance and yoga trainings. She is dancing Contact Improvisation since more than 30 years, has studied Contemporary Dance and Yoga and has been teaching Contact Improvisation and Yoga for many years. Since 2020 she has been offering also online classes, which can be found on her website.
