We are in the Woodlands Suite this year Guests are to arrive no earlier than 19.00 to be ready and seated for a 19.30 start.

The price for the Event is £15.00 per attendee and payment must have been received in the BWF AC Bank account by the 6th of November at the latest. After that date there is no guarantee that you will be able to attend as Ribby Hall require the number of guests attending for catering purposes.
Door Checks will be in place this year!
