Presence in Heat: Gratitude Circles is a 2-hour Saturday morning retreat that weaves guided meditation, infrared heat, and mindful movement into one ceremonial reset. This is where One Mind Creations and HOTWORX come together — spirit and sweat, stillness and strength, grace and ground.
We gather in the infrared sauna for a 45-minute guided gratitude practice — a deeper journey into presence, release, and renewal. Then we move into Hot Yoga or Pilates in blocked private saunas, letting the body activate what the heart has received. The experience closes with space to journal, integrate, or simply rest.
This isn't just a workout. It's a recalibration. A chance to relate to your body, your week, and your life from a place of warmth and meaning.

Receive — Integration & Journaling
After the sauna, take a few moments to journal with a simple prompt, share one word in circle, or sit in quiet reflection. Let the practice land.
Activate — Workout in Infrared Saunas
Move into a blocked sauna for a virtually-guided Hot Yoga or Pilates session. Let your body express what your spirit has remembered. Gentle. Grounding. Intentional.
Close — Shower, reset, and carry this energy into your week.

About the Infrared Sauna
The HOTWORX sauna uses a patented infrared heater design that emits 95% far-infrared energy and 5% mid-range infrared.
