Kick off preseason with an energetic session led by Millie, focusing on:
• General conditioning
• Skill reactivation and ball work
• Movement, footwork and confidence on court during game play
Perfect for shaking off the off-season rust and easing back into training ahead of grading.
ALL REGISTERED PLAYERS ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND - SELECTORS WILL BE PRESENT DURING EACH SESSION.
