As part of the "Keep Bernalillo Beautiful" initiative, the Town of Bernalillo's Community Development Department in cooperation with the Bernalillo Police Department will host two (2) separate Prescription Drug Take-Back Days each year. The dates coincide with the DEA's National Prescription Drug Take-Back days: the fourth Saturday in April and the fourth Saturday in October.The Prescription Drug Take-Back Day aims to provide a safe, convenient, and responsible means of disposing of unused or expired prescription medication.
We will accept any unused or expired prescription medications with "no questions asked".
