Vendor Application and Contract
16th Annual Prescott Highland Games & Celtic Faire September 25 - 26, 2021, Watson Lake Park, Prescott, AZ
2021 brings the celebration of our 16th Annual Highland Games & Celtic Faire. We're excited about all the possibilities that are ahead of us as we plunge into our second decade!
Every year our attendance grows. We anticipate this year to be no different. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the vendor applications or the 2-day Games, please contact the vendor chairperson.
Spaces and Locations: Vendors will be located on the Games' field as last year. Vendors needing power will be located appropriately. Basic vendor space is 20'x20'. Please contact vendor chairperson if you require more space or have specification location requests.
Vendor Selection: Vendors will be selected based on past participation in our Games, variety of merchandise, and order of application. Food vendors should submit a menu with their application to ensure variety.
Special Needs: Please let the vendor chair know if you have any special needs, including ice and quantity, water and access. Power will be provided to vendors who require it for a $50 fee. Please be sure to mark your application because it will affect your location. WE NEED TO KNOW YOUR POWER NEEDS IN ADVANCE. (110V, 220V and how many amps you require. ELECTRIC IS VERY LIMITED–BY REQUEST ONLY)
Applications and Deadlines: Food applications must be received by July 1st, 2021, and vendors will be notified by July 15th, 2021 if accepted. Merchandise Vendor applications can be received up to September 1, 2021.
Insurance Coverage: We require that all vendors provide proof of liability insurance with the submission of their application. The Prescott Area Celtic Society should be named as additionally insured on all policies. Any vendors who fail to provide proof of insurance before the beginning of the Games will not be allowed to participate.
Taxes: All vendors must have and provide copies of their Arizona Tax Permit and City of Prescott Business License included with their application.
Logistics: Set-up is available starting Friday, September 24th. No one will be allowed on the field for set up before 7:30am. Tear down should be concluded by the end of the day on Sunday, September 26th. Temporary parking is available near the vendor areas for set-up and tear down only. Please let us know how many employees you will be using so we can provide access wristbands.
