Lunch and Snacks! Please send your child with a water bottle, sack lunch, and snack daily.
Friend Requests: We do our best to accommodate requested friend groups. Our summer day camp groups are age-based; when answering registration questions, please enter one friend the same age as your child. Note: Friend requests must be made at the time of registration to be considered.
Changes and Cancellations: (1) Requests for camp session transfers must be received at least one week prior to the start of the original camp, and approval is based on availability. (2) Cancellations, regardless of reason, including illness, must be requested at least one week before the first day of camp. If cancellation is requested a week prior, a credit will be added to your AAG account and can used for other activities or classes. Account credits expire six months from the issue date. (3) Changes and cancellations requested less than one week before the start of camp will not be approved and will not receive an account credit. (4) Refunds to the original payment method are not offered. (5) There are no makeups for missed days of camp, including weather-related closings.
Late Registrations and Walk-ins: We will do our best to accommodate walk-in registrations, but it is highly recommended to register at least one week before the start of the camp week. We cannot guarantee space will be available for late registrations/walk-ins. Our camps are booked based on camper-to-counselor ratios to ensure everyone has a fun and safe experience.
Grip Socks are Required for ALL Campers: We supply one pair of grip socks per camper on the first day of camp. If you would like to purchase additional socks, we have them at the Front Desk.
