The Tiffin-Seneca Public Library will be holding “Preschool Storytime” for children age three to five on Tuesdays, January 6, 13, 20, and 27 at 10:00 a.m. in the Frost Kalnow Room.Stories, poems, songs, fingerplays, crafts, and much more will entertain and teach preschoolers during this free program.
