Come and see how your child’s nature connection to musical elements can help foster development and growth in a friendly, fun, and accepting small group setting. Groups are facilitated by a licensed professional music therapist to be flexible to the in-the-moment responses of those that attend, and address various functional domain areas within different monthly session themes. The music experiences become the method through which children have the opportunity to practice social and emotional regulation skills with peers; creatively express themselves and explore their connection to music with movement and music-making; and exercise cognitive development of problem solving, sustaining attention, and controlling impulses.
Held through We Rock The Spectrum - Lake County on Thursday, November 21, 2024 at 1-1:30pm; break for holidays; and resume January - March 2025 (Jan 16th, Feb 13th, and March 13th)
