Learn all there is to know about starting a garden! A hands-on overview of soil preparation, essential tools, methods of watering, fertilizing and preventing weeds. Participants will sow seeds and learn how to care for tender seedlings. Transplanting and arranging perennial flowers is a highlight of the workshop. Participants will take home a selection of potted perennials to transplant into their own gardens.$25.00 per person plus HST.
