Experience strategies that can support you in times of seasonal change and the darker days of winter. Carve out some time to cultivate and reinforce self-care tools that you can use everyday. This mini retreat is accessible to adults of all ages and abilities. No previous Yoga experience is required.
Activities/Topics Include:
-Practice calming and energy balancing breathing techniques
-Practice a grounding sequence of Yoga postures for all levels
-Practice a meditation technique
-Experience Yoga Nidra (Deep relaxation/Yogic sleep)
-Discussion on ways to find light and gratitude as we head into the winter season
A light snack of fruit and hot tea will be provided, but please feel free to bring snacks of your own to enjoy throughout the afternoon.
Space is limited to maintain the intimate nature of this experience. All cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to ensure someone from the waitlist can be included in the experience.

Early Bird: $65 before 10/31
Kerry Ouimette is 200 E-RYT certified, in addition to 100 hours of trauma-informed Mindful Yoga Therapy training. She also holds a day job in the field of Neuroscience and Behavior.
