Speaker: Mr. David Block, MA, MS, MSFS - Mr. Block is a retired Army LtCol and a retired Certified Financial Planner who specialized in Retirement & Estate Planning for many years in Ohio. He is now a Professor at San Diego State where he teaches Retirement Planning.
