Preparing for Postpartum: A Holistic Workshop for Expecting Parents
Join us for a nurturing and informative workshop designed to help you feel more prepared, grounded, and supported as you approach life after birth.
Hosted by three passionate professionals in maternal wellness:
- Yaranil Ferrer, pregnancy and postpartum therapist at Calma Counseling
- Jessica McNally, physical therapist and yoga instructor at JM Physical Therapy and Yoga
- Melanie Betancourt, birth and postpartum doula at Reverence Birth
Together, we’ll guide you through what to expect emotionally, physically, and practically in the postpartum period. This workshop blends clinical insight, body-based healing, and hands-on baby care to help you:
- Understand the emotional and hormonal shifts after birth
- Learn strategies for physical recovery and pelvic floor support
- Explore strategies for labor and newborn care basics
- Connect with a community of support and resources
