During the Preparing for Birth and Beyond Series we will discuss all things pregnancy, labor, birth, and beyond (postpartum). No topic is off limits and any and all questions are encouraged. This is a safe and educational space to learn about the different topics surrounding your journey into Motherhood. Partners or support persons are encouraged to join each session. It is particularly important that your support person is present during the second session where we will go over hands on comfort techniques to help Mama through various stages of labor. We cannot wait to support you in feeling empowered and confident as you embark on this next chapter of life!
