This session is primarily for those members who have never attended ANY star party. I will discuss what I take to star parties, how to get there, and what to expect at a large star party. I will also answer any questions that come up regarding the Nebraska Star Party, as this summer's experience will be my 20th year in a row of attending this wonderful experience. While anyone can pick up some good information about these parties, it is especially aimed at our younger set who may or may not have a telescope. So if you're tired of trying to find objects in our light polluted sky and would like to see a Bortle 1 sky, this presentation is for you.
