Preparing Boulder for Sundance: A Community Housing Panel
An open conversation about housing, community impact, and homeowner opportunity
Sundance is coming to Boulder in 2027 — and with it comes excitement, questions, and responsibility.
Corporate sponsors and production teams often begin securing housing a year+ in advance. At the same time, local homeowners are wondering:
- What will housing demand actually look like?
- Could I rent my home during the festival?
- Is it financially worth it?
- What are the risks?
- How does this impact my neighborhood?
- How do we support housing in a way that reflects Boulder’s values?
This panel brings together leaders from across the community to provide perspective, transparency, and space for thoughtful discussion.
It’s an opportunity to get informed, ask questions, and hear multiple perspectives so you can make decisions with clarity.
Who Should Attend?
- Boulder and surrounding area homeowners
- Neighbors curious about housing impact
- Those considering renting during the festival
